Great watercolor paintings are artworks and poems as well. The essence of an artwork is not about how realistic it is, but the dimensions and the depth behind it. When the artist conveys his idea to the audience through his brushes, it is not just about watercolor blooming on the paper, but also the communication of mutual souls.
The existence of an artwork can also be a philosophy idea that shows the perspective and insights of the artist who creates it. In selection Nature and Heart, Huang shows his distinctive idea and perspective of nature. From the color combination he chose, the strokes and the textures he used, the audience can empathize with the nature in the artist’s heart.
